Acrylic bathtubs are not easy to keep clean because harsh chemicals cannot be used. Fortunately, there are several folk remedies that will help you deal with cleaning effectively.
1. Vinegar and baking soda

3. Salt and Vinegar
Mix equal parts of salt and vinegar in a spray bottle and spray the solution onto the surface to be cleaned. Leave for a few minutes, then gently wipe the tub with a damp sponge or cloth. The salt acts as a mild abrasive, while the vinegar helps break down the dirt.
4. Hydrogen peroxide
It is a natural disinfectantused to clean and disinfect an acrylic bath. Mix equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and water, apply the solution to the surface. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse with warm water. Hydrogen peroxide kills bacteria and viruses, making it an excellent choice for maintaining hygiene.
Tip: Test any new cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous area first to make sure it won't damage the acrylic tub.
Avoid using solvents: turpentine, nail polish remover, acetone. They cause cracking and damage to the coating. Also, do not clean with sponges for washing dishes, steel wool - they leave scratches.
