1. Cream cheese frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 200 g cream cheese, softened;
  • 4 cups of powdered sugar;
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Cooking

  1. In a large bowl, mix butter and cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract. Spread the mixture on the Easter cake.

2. lemon glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar ;
  • 2 tbsp. l. freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 1 st. l. lemon peel;
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. milk.

Cooking

  1. In a bowl, mix the icing sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest.
  2. Add milk one tablespoon at a time until the glaze reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Use immediately so that the icing dries on the cake.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 150 g marshmallow marshmallows;
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract;
  • 1/8 tsp salt;
  • 2 cups powdered sugar.

Cooking

  1. In a large bowl, beat butter and marshmallows until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and salt. Beat again.  
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 3 cups of powdered sugar;

Cooking

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened butter with a mixer until it is smooth.

Cooking

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with a mixer until creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar one glass at a time, mixing well.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt, and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
