A no-bake cake is a great option if you don't have much time to cook, don't have an oven, or just don't feel like messing around with the dough and making a mess in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cookies (any type, but chocolate or vanilla wafers work best)
  • 2 cups sour cream ;
  • 1 cup sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cooking
  1. Crush the cookies in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or grind them in a food processor until they are fine crumbs. Save 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping the cake later.
  2. In a bowl, combine remaining cookie crumbs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
  3. Take out a springform pan with parchment paper. Squeeze the cookie mixture into the bottom of the mold using a spoon or spatula.
  4. Sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs over the mixture, pressing lightly to stick.
  5. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the dessert is firm.

  • 2 packs of baby cookies (about 400 g);
  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed;
  • 400 g of condensed milk;
  • 250 g cream cheese, softened;

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey.
Cooking
  1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or place them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter until a wet, sandy texture forms.

Cooking

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Set aside to cool.

  • 2 cups of oatmeal;
  • 2 cups pitted dates;
  • 1 cup unsweetened grated coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder;
  • 1/2 cup honey;
  • 1/2 cup almond milk;
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract:
  • a pinch of salt.
Cooking
  1. In a food processor, grind the oats until they are broken into small pieces.
  2. Add pitted dates to a food processor and process until they form a sticky ball.
  3. Add shredded coconut, chopped nuts, cocoa powder, honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, salt to a food processor and process until well blended.
  4. Squeeze the mixture into a cake pan using a flat-bottomed glass so that the mixture is well compacted.

  • 1 package of flavored gelatin (your choice of flavor);
  • 2 cups of boiling water;
  • cracker crumbs;
  • fresh berries or fruits for decoration.
Cooking
  1. In a bowl, mix sour cream, heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Beat until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, pour the unflavoured gelatin into cold water, let it sit for a few minutes until it becomes soft.
  3. Heat the softened gelatin in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or until completely dissolved. Add to sour cream mixture and beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a large bowl or mold and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the flavored gelatin by dissolving it in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Set aside, let cool to room temperature.
  6. As soon as the sour cream mixture hardens, take it out of the refrigerator, use a knife to break it into small pieces of irregular shape (hence the name "Broken Glass").
  7. Mix pieces of broken glass with flavored gelatin, pour the mixture into a small baking dish.
  8. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours.
