  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  2. While the toast is toasting, cut the fruit in half and remove the pit.
  3. Put the pulp in a bowl, mash with a fork until it becomes homogeneous.

  1. Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Cut the fruit in half, remove the stone, grind the pulp in a food processor.
  3. Add chopped basil, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. When the pasta is ready, drain it and return it to the pot.
  5. Add sauce to saucepan and stir.
