1. Toast
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado;
- 2 slices of bread;

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 ripe banana;
- 1 glass of almond milk;
- 1 tablespoon of honey;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Cooking
- In a blender , blend the avocado, banana, almond milk, honey and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy as is, or add ice cubes to chill.
- You can also add other fruits and berries: strawberries, blueberries or mangoes.
4. Guacamole
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados;
- 0.5 onion, diced;
- 0.5 tomato, diced;
- 1 jalapeno pepper, de-seeded and minced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced;
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped;
- 1 lime, juice;
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Cooking
- Cut the fruit in half, remove the stone, scrape the pulp into a bowl.
- Mash the flesh with a fork, reserving a few pieces for texture.
- Add the fruit, diced onion, tomato, jalapeno pepper, garlic, cilantro to the mixture.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture, stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve guacamole with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos or burritos.
5. Creamy paste
Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti;
- 2 ripe avocados;
- 0.25 cups chopped fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- 0.25 cups of olive oil;
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Additional toppings: cherry tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese.
Cooking
- Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Cut the fruit in half, remove the stone, grind the pulp in a food processor.
- Add chopped basil, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- When the pasta is ready, drain it and return it to the pot.
- Add sauce to saucepan and stir.
- Serve immediately sprinkled with cherry tomatoes and grated parmesan cheese.
6. Pasta with avocado and bacon
Ingredients
- 500 g linguine;
- 4 slices bacon, diced;
- 2 ripe avocados;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- 0.25 cups of olive oil;
- 0.25 cups of grated parmesan cheese;
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Cooking
- Prepare the linguini according to package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, grind the pulp in a blender.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a large skillet, fry the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove, put on a plate lined with paper towels.
