1. Marinara

  • tomatoes - 1 kg;
  • tomato paste - 150 g;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • oregano (dried) - 2 teaspoons;
  • basil or parsley - a bunch;
  • white wine - ⅓ cup;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste. 

Cooking:

  1. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, remove and peel. Mix in a grinder with pasta. 
  2. Add herbs, garlic and dry spices. Mix again. 
  3. Saute onion in olive oil until softened. Pour wine, tomato sauce, simmer for 30 minutes. 
  4. Pour the cooled additive into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator. 

2. Marinade for stir-fry

A popular Asian technique for frying meat and vegetables in a wok. The sauce acts as a marinade. 

Ingredients:

  • soy sauce - ½ cup;
  • broth (meat or from cooking vegetables) - ½ cup;
  • honey - 1 tablespoon;
  • ground ginger - 1 tablespoon;
  • cornstarch - 1 tablespoon;
  • rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • sesame - 1 teaspoon.

Cooking:

  1. Grind the garlic, mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, put on fire. Wait until it thickens. 
  2. Marinate vegetables or meat in the finished product. Salt should not be added, the product will turn out salted .
  3. The marinade can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. It keeps fresh for a week. 


3. "Alfredo"

Creamy cheese sauce is named after the Roman chef Alfredo, who tried to please the daughter of a restaurateur. Ideal for fettuccine pasta .Can be served with boiled vegetables or chicken. Preparing very quickly!

Ingredients:

  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • cream - 500 ml;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Melt the butter, heat the garlic so that it gives off its aroma. 
  2. Pour in the cream, simmer. The sauce should thicken slightly. 
  3. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper. Cheese chips should dissolve.  
  4. Drizzle pasta with hot Alfredo. 

4. Yoghurt with herbs

Ingredients:

  • natural yogurt without additives - 2 cups;
  • green onions - 3 stalks;
  • mint - 5-6 leaves;
  • cilantro - a bunch;
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Chop all the greens, mix with yogurt, oil and vinegar.
  2. Serve in a small bowl or pour directly over the dish.

5. Pistachio with avocado

Light universal sauce suitable for salads, side dishes, grilled dishes. His can be spread on bread.

Ingredients:

  • avocado - 1 piece;
  • lime - 1 piece
  • jalapeno - 1 pepper;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • pistachios (peeled) - ½ cup;
  • parsley, cilantro - a bunch;
  • water - ½ cup;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon. 

Cooking:

  1. Avocado, garlic, peeled, chopped. Chop the jalapeno. Cut the stems from the greens, chop the leaves.

6. Teriyaki at home

  • soy sauce - ½ cup;
  • corn starch - 2 tablespoons;

Cooking:

  1. Mix soy sauce and starch in a saucepan. Mix so that there are no lumps. 
  2. Add honey, heat until thickened over medium heat. Do not boil!
